We’re officially hiring a full-time Lead Researcher to take charge of building lead lists for our outbound campaigns.
Job Role
You're main role in our agency will be to maximize leads contacted and generated in our clients campaigns.
You will do this by building lead lists in tools like Clay or Apollo. You MUST be able to adjust industry, keywords, company size, job titles, and location filters based on the ICP provided to you.
You’ll be responsible for identifying the most effective list building tools to use based on the ICP, campaign strategy, and budget.
You will also be responsible for figuring out the best tools and integrations to find unique data points needed for lead lists (for example: pulling a company’s Google rating using Clay's 'Google Business Information' integration).
Alongside this, you will be responsible for tracking and ensuring all client campaigns are up to date with fresh leads, daily.
You MUST be able to manage your time and consistently hit strict daily deadlines.
You also MUST pay be able to catch small details and double-check your work before submitting.
Finally, you MUST have the ability to take full ownership, communicate clearly, and aren’t afraid to ask for help when stuck.
You’ll be given some light admin work like ordering inboxes, updating sending volume, and reporting to the Founder daily as well.
Responsibilities
Build and upload all required lead lists daily before 12PM EST
Order domains and inboxes within 24 hours of client onboarding
Update inbox ramp-up sending volumes every Monday morning
Communicate actively on Slack
Report directly to the Founder and raise any issues or suggestions as needed
Objectives
Make sure that all client campaigns are hitting the following metrics:
100% of email volume required sent
1%+ Reply Rate
10%+ Positive Reply Rate
All while staying within the client’s budget constraints
Requirements:
Strong experience using list building tools like Apollo, Clay, Smartlead, MillionVerifier, and ChatGPT/OpenAI API
Ability to strategize lead list building based on ICPs and campaign goals — not just scraping lists
Skilled in filtering by industry, keywords, headcount, job title, and location to match ICPs accurately
Able to identify and use the right tools and integrations to find custom data points (e.g. company rating, services offered, technologies used.
Able to manage time independently and meet daily deadlines
Able to answer Slack messages quickly and communicate concerns
Able to stay on top of tasks and don’t need reminders
Time & Location
This is a full-time role (3-6 hours work per day)
Must be available 6AM–1PM EST, Monday to Friday
Remote role: you can work from anywhere
Must have access to consistent high-speed internet
You have the freedom to follow your own schedule as long as you meet deadlines
